FourNet are an award-winning Communications provider of cloud and managed services working with central government and the public sector.  They have been a client of Netcomm’s for the past 10 years in which they have grown from a staff of 30 to over 150 and are now named in the top 100 companies to work for UK.

During the last 10 years Netcomm have been FourNet’s IT support provider, acting as a fully outsourced IT department providing all their IT Support and consultancy.

In addition to the day-to-day IT Support which is managed through our helpdesk, we also provide FourNet’s Microsoft 365 solutions inclusive of Teams, Business Voice integration, SharePoint and so on.

Over the last decade as their IT Support, we have been involved within many projects tasked to Netcomm, one including the rebranding of 4net Technologies to become FourNet in 2020.

The rebrand involved the migration of all email addresses and AD, Azure accounts from the previous 4net-technologies.com to fournet.co.uk domain, along with all Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive links. This staged migration was performed and completed with no down time to the end users or services.

In 2017, Netcomm successfully migrated FourNet’s On-Premises Microsoft Exchange Server to Microsoft Hosted Exchange within their O365 environment.

Over the last 5 years Netcomm have worked closely with various third-party auditors to ensure FourNet meet and succeed all the required security and ISO certifications together with Cyber Essentials Plus. These are a requirement since FourNet work closely with UK government and local authorities.

Netcomm provide Cloud Endpoint Security Solutions incorporating Antivirus, Anti Malware, Patch Management solutions to ensure devices and software are kept up to date and secure.

FourNet have undergone substantial growth over the last 10 years with Netcomm being at the forefront to develop and support their IT requirements and infrastructure as needed. It has been a pleasure and a great experience to watch a company of FourNet’s stature grow over the last decade with us.
